January 23: Our last free day in Havana, take III

We are wrapping up our time and Cuba, and the students had the entire day to venture off and explore on their own. Some returned to Old Havana to finish up some last minute shopping, while others took their last opportunity to ride in a classic car or visit their favorite sights one last time. Some just basked in the much-awaited sun, reflecting on a wonderful trip. We love Cuba, but miss Minnesota and even the negative temperatures awaiting us. We look forward to sharing what we’ve learned with all of you shortly.
