Hello to all family and friends of our Katies in Cuba and to our St. Kate's community back in Minnesota!
Just wanted to let you all know that the blog is happening despite the lack of updates. We have found access to the internet more challenging than expected. All students on our trip are taking excellent photos and writing up descriptions of our activities each day, but we won't be able to post on the blog until we return to Minnesota.
As a quick update, it has been 70-80 degrees and sunny. We are learning a lot from amazing lectures and site visits and eating delicious food. Our host families have been extremely welcoming. The trip (so far) has been incredible! So, be sure to check back starting January 28 to hear more details!
